Ceramic Wall Shelf Class | 2 Day Class + Pizza Dinner
It’s time to get your hands on some clay! This is a two part class (note the two dates).
This class is open to adults and kids 10+. Only 12 spaces available.
Includes all materials, 2 kiln firings, pizza and beverages.
DAY 1 - Thursday, June 12th | 5pm-7pm
In day 1 of class we will be building your ceramic wall shelf using templates and slabs of clay. You will have the option of adding texture and words at this stage. You can add in an additional shelf if desired. I will walk you through each step.
DAY 2 - Thursday, June 19th | 5pm-7pm
We will use glazes and underglazes to decorate your pieces before they undergo their final kiln firing. We will review different techniques including wax relief, layering, taping and sponging.
You will be notified when your pieces are ready for pick up.
**If you cannot attend DAY 2 but would still like to attend DAY 1 please reach out to danielle@covetnv.com. We may be able to reschedule your glazing session or I can glaze the piece for you with a glaze color of your choice.
Tickets are refundable up to 5 days before the first class. Otherwise your ticket price can be used towards a future class pending availability.
